Since this software is available for download once purchased PEM has no control over retrieving our software from the users system. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that our software works to the best of our customers needs. All Sales are final. |
CD SHIPMENTS ONLY
Returns for CD shipments will only be accepted if the CD package is returned to PEM UNOPENED. Any opened packages are no longer acceptable for return. PEM must receive the original unopened package back before any refunds will be issued. With CD Shipments you have upto 10 Business days from the date of purchase to notify PEM of any returns.
