The software comes with the Federal form as well as several state forms.  For Example the forms for the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Ohio, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island. Along with all of those forms the software also lets you define as many Work Classifications for each employee as you need.  When you go to enter or edit a pay period all you have to do is click edit on that period and update the hours.  As you move from week to week you will have the option of rolling the same people over each time you do not have to go through selecting them again, as well as easily add more employees.
